Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO: Orders placed online are processed within our regular business hours and production schedule. Therefore, orders placed  Monday-Friday (by 2pm Eastern Time) typically ship THE FOLLOWING WEEK. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday during our non-operating hours will be received the following business week and will be ready to ship the week after that. Insulated and/or expedited shipping is strongly encouraged for all spawn and culture orders that ship via UPS, but it is not mandatory. If you would like to upgrade to expedited shipping please contact us directly. Please note that Maine Cap N’ Stem is not liable for any delays or damages, including temperature-related stress to our product due to prolonged exposure to rising/falling temperatures in transit.
