Orders placed within a given workweek (our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM Eastern) typically ship the following Monday or Tuesday. If we are unable to ship your order within this timeframe, our office will contact you to provide a ship date. If you would like your shipment to be delayed, please contact our office at sales@capnstem.com or 207-317-9852.
Insulated and/or expedited shipping is strongly encouraged for all spawn and culture orders that ship via UPS/FedEx, but it is not mandatory. Please note that Maine Cap N’ Stem is not liable for any delays or damages, including temperature-related stress to our product due to prolonged exposure to rising/falling temperatures in transit. Upgraded shipping options are available, including UPS / FedEx expedited options and Southwest Air Cargo. Please contact us for a quote.
